About the event
Welcome to Morning Meditation at the Online Center for Pragmatic Buddhism.
The meditation room may be accessed via the following Zoom link:

We will sit zazen ( silent, open awareness meditation ) for 10-15 minutes every weekday morning ( at 7:30 am EST ) for the month of October. We may use a bell as an invitation to bring awareness back to the present moment.
