About the event
This month we'll be discussing "Instructions to the Cook, A Zen Master's Lessons in Living a Life that Matters" by Bernie Glassman.
Feel free to join even if you haven't read the materials ahead of time.
To start the new year, we'll also as a group take the vows of the Bodhisattva as interpreted by Thich Nhat Hahn:
However innumerable beings are, I vow to meet them with kindness and interest.
However inexhaustible the states of suffering are, I vow to touch them with patience and love.
However immeasurable the dharmas are, I vow to explore them deeply.
